“I recently have the side of my house replaced, outside house painted, and installed new gutters. The works was very good and I am very happy with all the works. Gutters installation was very nice and professional, not like the DIY that we do from Home Depot stuffs. They installed one long seamless gutter for each side of the house. They look real nice. “I am so pleased with my experience working with Santos Roofing and Remodeling! I recently had some damage to my roof and the interior of my home due to the wind storms in Carrollton. Fernando gave me an honest assessment of the state of my roof, and gave me several pricing options ranging from repair of only the storm damage to a full roof replacement. I moved forward with a full roof replacement and some drywall repair on the inside of my home. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The craftsmanship is top notch and they use high quality materials. “I needed to have my 2 story house painted. Santos and his folks came out and gave me an estimate. A few weeks later after I had talked with other contractors, I talked with Santos again to have him explain the estimate. He walked me around the house and pointed out things that needed to be fixed. He explained that the last painters I had used before had painted my house using inferior wood to replace the sidings and had even used indoor paint on the outside of my house and that was why it went bad so quickly. I really appreciate his approach and explanation of all the things that he would do to fix my house. A lot of the siding was literally falling apart and the window frames were in really bad shape. There were problems where my garage attached to the house that he showed me and explained what had happened and how he would fix my issues. His crew came out prepped the house and surrounding structures to ensure they did not get painted or damaged during the painting process. Around one of the columns to the house, I had chosen stone to replace the wood at the base. After they had already gotten halfway through with one of the columns, I decided I didn’t like it after all. Santos told me that he wanted me to be happy with the results and so he redid the columns to look like the way I wanted them to look. Santos did a final walk around and he completed the small additional items I requested. He insisted that he wanted to ensure I was happy with their work. They did a really good job and they left the house in pristine condition. One more thing, I had a hot water heater issue later and because of a bad replacement unit it caused me a lot of worry. Santos found out that I was worried about getting the bad unit replaced and installed. It had nothing to do with his company but he knew the plumber (who was good – it was an equipment issue) and he showed up on his own time to help relieve my worries. He even got involved and helped us swap out the bad replacement unit. He is really into making his clients happy. It’s hard to find people that are professional and responsible to work on your property. These days because of previous contractor issues in the past (bad and sometimes incomplete work), I’m very cautious with whom I will work. If you need painting/contractor work done, I highly recommend Santos Roofing and Remodeling. RMA”
