“I first ran across Gold Ladder Roofing while walking around my neighborhood. We regularly walk past a home that has been in serious need of a new roof for quite a while. One day a beautiful new roof appeared with a Gold Ladder yard sign. An A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and positive reviews lead to calling Eddie for a quote. Gold Ladder uses GAF Products and offers a 20-year transferable warranty from GAF. I haven’t always had the best luck with roofers, so I tried to do my homework this time. Eddie’s quote was reasonable and he addressed all my questions and concerns. The roofers arrived on time and finished the roofing and some additional roof repairs in about a day and a half. Beautiful workmanship and attention to detail. It has now been two and a half months since completion and I’m very pleased with the final product. Eddie is professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. A nice person. And I really like having “name brand” roofing materials from a reputable company, like GAF, on my house. I would not hesitate to use Gold Ladder again, and to recommend them to friends and family.”
