“I needed my pitched roof and flat roofs redone. Plus new trim, siding and rain gutters. They added wind turbines and vents to the attic area. My enclosed patio needed windows, blinds, skylights, ceiling fan and exterior doors. There's a saying "leave it better than you found it." They did exactly that 100%. I am very pleased with the work and they are very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Now that the outside is done I'll be using them again for the inside.”

“A repaired water leak left me needing 10 holes in the walls repaired, insulation installed in the crawl space and holes and new flooring. Lorenzo explained how the walls would be repaired and insulation installed and paint matched. He had a good solution for the destroyed wallpaper that could not be replaced. I had a few samples of tile. After talking about my thoughts on tile, Lorenzo brought additional samples to the house twice for consideration. There was no pressure. Four days and everything was done. The men worked steadily and neatly. They cleaned up inside and out when they were done. I am happy with all of the work.”

“We had a pretty bad wall issue that needed to be fixed urgently before it got worse, and Lorenzo and his team did such an amazing job! They had to break off a lot of the exterior and interior of the walls in question in order to fix it, and the walls look even better than they were before! They were even able to color match the paint and made sure everything was good at each step before moving on. I had contacted Lorenzo after attempting to contact 2 other places at the same time that were also highly rated. One company did not give me the time of day, and the other company didn’t answer their phone or call back despite me leaving a voicemail. I contacted Lorenzo immediately after and he answered, he even called me back when the call dropped before I could explain the issues with the walls. He came the next day to inspect the problem areas and listened to my explanations and concerns. He walked me through he diagnosis of the problems, what he would need to do to repair it, and then broke down the cost and what I would pay for. He even waited an extra 20 minutes after we were done so my husband could come home and explain the cost breakdown and the work that would be done. He gave us a really fair price and we said yes on the spot. Work was done the following Monday since the estimate was done right before Thanksgiving, and we finished not even 3 days later! My husband and I are so happy with how the walls look and are glad to have that concern off of our minds. We had a great experience with the service, everyone was friendly, they would clean even though I wouldn’t ask them or expect them to, and they kept me informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using Lorenzo’s services again in the future for any other repairs or projects for sure! It was a wonderful experience and gave us peace of mind.
