“Shield came by my house on a Saturday doing free inspections. They discovered the hail damage and offered to help get the claim initiated and filed. Really I didn’t have to do much through the entire process which was great for me since I'm so busy most of the time. I greatly appreciated what they did plus it was an upgraded product from my previous roof. Better shingles, improved ventilation and minimal effort on my part. I highly recommend Shield for your next roofing project.”

“Shield Roofing and Solar were wonderful from the very beginning right through its completion of (installation of our new roof) and taking care of other needs involving that, as well. Patrick, was so very helpful in so many way....where do I begin? Jay, on the day of installation handled his crew well and all requests of me beautifully, while he was so very busy handling so much detail. Here promptly at 7:00 am and ws te last one to leave 12 hours later, ensuring all mess was cleaned up. o our property. Simone, at their business office as well was amazing, as she answered all my phone calls dealing with my many questions because I had never gone through this process before. “We were tired of the calls and knock on the door of people wanting to inspect our roof. For some reason we listened to what Tristan had to say. He was confident, professional, and polite. He painstakingly went through all the details and said once we agreed on using them we could sit back and watch. We were impressed and went with them to check out our roof and hired them to replace it. Tristan ended up being our site supervisor. It only took a day to rip off the old roof and install the new. Tristan worked with our insurance adjustor and we got a complete roof and more, like gutters and fence repair. They were skillful, fast, and polite. Completely satisfied and they did more than what we expected. The roof really looks good. We went with the black. They will be our roofer from now on.”
