“Sean and the crew did an excellent job of getting our old roof off and the new roof installed in a timely manner that helped our tenant get back to normal business. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our problems were taken care of.”

“What started out as a leak in our roof turned into a fiasco! I called 3 roofing companies. PB Roofing called back within an hour. The second company called back 2-days later and the third never called back. Sean was there Day 1 to look at my concern. Oh, it was way more than a leak! My 30-year shingles had disintegrated only 8 years into their life! Sean met with the insurance company who decided it wasn’t their problem. Sean walked us thru meeting with the shingle manufacturer and filing a warranty claim. There is no way I could have done this by myself. The shingle manufacturer lived up to the warranty and PBRoofing was there to re-roof the house. Project completed early! Great people to work with that take pride in their work.”

“I called and spoke to Sean about my need for a quick turn around on my roof. Not only did his crew show up the same week I made my call; but, they were done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and my roof is ready for the next occupant of my home. It was a pleasure to deal with someone with so much knowledge in their industry. “The only reason this isn’t getting one star is because of their sales man Will who I personally give a five star to him.They got the roof on good but left my chicken run open and back gate open so my dogs when aloud to enter my back yard ate my chicken then proceeded to run around the neighborhood. They also knocked a cinder block off my fence. So then I thought oh that crew must have been bad but the admin staff are good. Until I had to get another check for some decking they had to replace from the insurance company. Long story short I got the. Heck from the insurance company about a couple of months or so after the work was finished then sent it up to get endorsed by the mortgage company. It gets lost after we get it back with the endorsement so I call the insurance company to get a stop pay on it and another check sent. I tell PB roofing this and they proceed to ask for a check from my personal money that I don’t have and imply that I’m trying not to pay them. They call my mortgage company the insurance company I’m guessing to hear a different story as if I’m a liar just to hear the same thing I told them is what I told the insurance company.”
