Kristan was an absolute joy to work with—professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. One of the most impressive parts of the experience was how she handled the insurance claim. My insurance company initially denied the roof replacement, but Kristan worked directly with them and stayed on top of the process until the claim was ultimately approved and covered. K & J Roofing also coordinated seamlessly with the contractors building my new covered patio so they could roof the new structure at the same time as the house. That level of communication and teamwork made the entire project run smoothly. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. “I had some damaged ridge shingles and my roof being close to 10 years old needed some other touch ups to ensure its continued performance. I contacted K & J Integrity Roofing and was put in touch with Kristan, their project manager in this matter. She came out the next day to survey the damage and other issues to be addressed across the entire roof system. Kristan is very knowledgeable about roofing and was a pleasure to work with.
