“I am wanting to share an experience about finding a new roofer and having them deliver the quality, timing and final results. I have spoken with more roofers than one can imagine these past two years. I was introduced to Imperial Roofing by my neighbor. First off, they presented the options needed and they gave me a price that was fair and way below my other offers. They were professional, polite and helpful. We decided to go forward and we chose the new hail resistant shingle as this helps lower our insurance. Imperial Roofing showed up on time and the roof was completed 12 hours later. The many details that they add to the service like new metal vent covers, new metal pipe covers, new trimming on the roof edges and assisted us with help with some gutter changes was all exceptional. As I write this review my neighbor is installing their new roof as we speak as they saw the results and we confirmed the exceptional quality and what I like most was their professionalism, genuine people and they completed their work precisely as they stated. I recommend them personally as I have met so many roofers that were expensive and could not communicate the important needs of a proper roof.”

“We had our roof replaced after a hail storm. Hail was golf ball size and did considerable damage. Imperial Roofing gave us a great quote and the team they scheduled were in and out within a day. “If I'd known how good the new roof would look, I would have done it sooner. Imperial Roofing made the process super easy and comfortable. The sales person was polite, informative, and well prepared with an illustrative presentation. He did not waste my time. He answered all follow up questions the same day via e-mail or text. When the job began the crew was at our house early. The team was polite and hard working throughout the day, also considerate of the rest of our property and home. No plants, shrubs or flowers damaged. The job foreman was knowledgeable and informative. Again polite and I was impressed he got his hands dirty doing the work and helping out the crew. Apparently, Imperial uses the same crews so they work well together. The clean up was thorough. There's always a couple nails but so far it has only been literally a couple. Finally, we had a gulley washer of a storm a couple days later and the roof did what it is supposed to do. It kept the house dry. No leaks. They were even courteous when picking up their payment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and the roof looks great. There are a LOT of roofers out there. We got estimates from five. I found Imperial to be easiest to work with, one of the most competitive prices, gave me a quote on the spot without hassle, and they did great work when they said they were going to do it. Other roofers ranged from sketchy to professional and some had good offerings and reputations. However, none of the others made it so easy or comfortable for us.
