“Pete is a real asset to your company. We contacted him on Saturday morning around 11 AM for some Aluminum tubing and he was extremely helpful over the phone. We came down from Dripping Springs and he cut the tubing for us and we were on our way. Such a smooth transaction from a helpful guy. Give that man a raise, and take him for some chicken wings across the street.”

“Bad customer service. The location is convenient to my house, so I went to purchase steel tubing for a project that I'm working on. The lady at the sales/service desk seemed really put out by having to help me. She wasn't helpful with any kind of questions (gauge and cutting) recommendations, or how to pick up my order after it was ready. And I was oversold on the length of tubing that I needed, so after picking up my tubing from the yard (the yard guys were very friendly and helpful) I had to go back in to request a refund for the extra half stick of tubing I was sold. I sent an email via their website the next day to let them know that I had a less-than-pleasant experience as a first-time customer and received no response. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.”
