“CC-Montessori School relied on this company to install a mechanical security gate in the summer of 2023. Once installed, it didn't function properly and needed several repairs. Daniel Baker often did not return calls or keep appointments. This left a huge vulnerability in our security for students and staff with little to no recourse to fix it. It got to the point where he avoided our calls if we called from a known number. The office staff resorted to calling from different phones to reach him. Each time we spoke with him he verbally assured us he would be there promptly to repair our main entrance. This did not happen. He left town for a month and did not report this on his phone answering messages. We felt very abandoned and were concerned for the safety of our students. After many repeated attempts to have Mr. Baker repair our main entrance, we took the steps to call another company to make the repairs. This company found that the gate was not installed properly and was not up to code. They repaired and re-installed several components, ensuring it was up to code and safe for our community.”

“I called yesterday and a guy said "Yeah". I said "Is this Baker Ornamental?" He said "Yes". "Can I call you back in 5 minutes?" he said. I agreed and gave him my phone number. Never heard from him again. I tried calling them again but BOTH phone numbers say "Mailbox is Full", so I cannot leave a message.
